How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you make a purchase for any volume or the complete guide, you will immediately receive a link to download the guide(s). This will be available on the order confirmation page, and you will also receive an email with a link to download the guide(s).

I have not received an email to download the guide. What do I do?

Firstly, we recommend that you check your Spam / Junk inbox. It may have been blocked by your email browser. The email will be from sender: 60PlusClub.com.au. If you still can’t find the email, please email us at info@60plusclub.com.au and we will send you another copy of the guide your purchased. Please allow for 24 hours to respond.

I accidentally entered the incorrect email address at checkout. What do I do?

Not a problem. Email us at info@60plusclub.com.au and we will send you your guide. Please allow for 24 hours to respond.

Can I change my order once I've paid?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges to purchases. Due to our guides being only digitally, we restrict the use of exchanges due to tangibility.

Do you offer refunds?

We do offer refunds but on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of your purchase. Due to our bestsellers guide being only available digitally, we recommend that you are confident with the volume(s) that you are about to purchase. For more information, read our Terms & Conditions.

Do you have a secure payment platform?

Yes we do. Our payment gateway is Stripe. Our shopping cart checkout is secure via https and we use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

What payments / credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.

Do you sell printed books?

We do not sell physical books, only digital downloads. However we do encourage you to print out the guide to take full advantage of the content. Your device will populate the guide to a PDF format which will allow you to save and/or print the guide. All of our guides have been designed for print for this reason.

Can I use your bestsellers guide for my own commercial use?

We do not permit the use of selling our guides for commercial benefit, nor do we permit the use of promoting our content on your own website or business use. If you are unsure of what is permitted, please email info@60plusclub.com.au for more information.

Is all of the information in your guides and blogs true / factual?

Yes. We have compiled all of the information, case studies, insights and facts from professionals, specialists, scientists, and from real life events. None of the content has been fabricated for the sake of promoting a topic. We do not have a biased view on any topic, all information gathered is neutral based from facts, not fiction.

Can I purchase and download the guide(s) on my mobile / tablet device?

Yes, you sure can. Be sure to check the file size of the guide(s) that you purchase in case you have data download limits. But you can access, download and read our guides on your mobile / tablet. All of our guides are in PDF format for you to read anytime, anywhere. Simply click on the download link after purchase and it will display.
