Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $9.90, based on current Australia Post costs. Express post is also available for $14.00. For orders outside of Australia, the shipping fees will differ depending on postal service and region.

This is to combat rising postage prices in Australia over the last 12 months, while still providing customers with great value products at some of the lowest prices online. All shipments will have full tracking available.

From time to time, 60+Club may run free postage offers. Keep your eye out for these great deals.

How Do We Send Items?

60+Club send parcels through Australia Post via eParcel. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

Australia Post Deliveries may be affected by COVID-19 restrictions.

Express Post deliveries are experiencing general delays due to reduced flights and other restrictions, and next day service is not guaranteed by Australia Post.

 

Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the shipping information included on your order detail email confirmation. The order detail page is accessible by the link in your order confirmation email or via your user account order records.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, shipping may be delayed. Below are local Australia delivery times. If your order is outside of Australia, shipping times may be an additional 7-days or longer, depending on the country and region due to reduced flights and increased delivery demand from COVID-19.

 

My package says it was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?
Checking your tracking history closely to see if it has any details explaining where and how it was delivered.

• Check the shipping address on your order to make sure it was delivered to your expected address.
• Check with your local post office to see if they received it.
• Check with your neighbors/front desk/mailroom etc.
• Check with your regular mail carrier at the soonest opportunity.

If all options have been exhausted, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll handle the situation to your satisfaction.

 

What do I do if I’ve received a damaged item?
If you’ve received a damaged or misprinted item you are entitled to either a replacement or refund. Please reach out to our customer service team via email orders@60plusclub.com.au to discuss options and protocol. If possible, always include a photo of the damage / printing error for our records.

 

Delivery times

Our Adult Colouring Books are In Stock in our Sydney warehouse and typically sent from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.

Once sent we will email you a Shipping Notification which includes online tracking.

International delivery (outside of Australia)

Delivery time estimate to regions outside of Australia will generally take between 10-21 business days – to metro areas and may be longer for regional or rural areas. New Zealand is between 7-12 business days.

Please note that some countries may charge the recipient duties on the ‘import’ of parcels from time-to-time. As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable.
